What do I need to book a party?
A $75 non-refundable deposit is required to hold a specific day and time.

What if I need to change my party date or time?
Your party date and/or time is transferable up to 21 days (3 weeks) prior to your original scheduled party date.

Can I add more time to my party time? For an extra $50, you may add 30 extra minutes to your party. You must book the 4 o’clock time. We are unable to add the additional 30 minutes to any other party time.

Who is included in the head count? The birthday child is included in the 15 kids. Any child walking through 13 years of age that uses the birthday equipment will be included in the final headcount.

Can I bring in my own food and drinks? K2 Academy offers a discounted rate for pizza through Papa Johns. However, you may bring in any food or drinks that you would like. We do recommend that you bring in an ice chest for your drinks. You may use our freezer, if you bring in ice cream.

Do I need to include the adults in the RSVP numbers? No, the RSVP is limited to the number of children coming to the party.

When can I arrive to set up for the party? You may arrive 20 minutes prior to your party’s start time. You will have a coach and manager on duty to help you set up before your guest arrive.

What size table covers do I need and how many? They are the standard rectangle table covers that measure 54 in. x 102 in. 3 table covers are needed
